Covered Products
Our warranty covers the following product categories:
- Rings
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Anklets
- Earrings

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Defects in workmanship or materials.
- Loose Stones: Stones that become loose due to manufacturing issues.
- Broken Clasps: Clasps that break upon delivery.
We are also happy to assist with issues outside the official warranty coverage, although these are not covered by the warranty.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Theft.
- Acidic skin reactions.
- Unauthorized repairs.
- Unreasonable user error (failure to follow the provided care guide).
Note: We are still happy to assist with wear and tear and accidental damage, though these are not officially covered.

Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim process,
- Contact us via info@ophion.me
- Provide us with your Order Number and Invoice.
- Provide us with images of the defective product.
- If the product is eligible for a warranty claim, an Aramex agent will collect the product and return it to us for further inspection.

Shipping Costs
- During Warranty Period: We will cover the shipping costs.
- After Warranty Period: The customer will cover the shipping costs.
Note: Once a warranty claim has been made resulting in the return of a product, Aramex will collect the product from the customer.

Repair or Replacement
- Within 7 Days of Delivery: If a product is damaged upon delivery, customers can choose between a replacement or a refund. The claim must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 Days: Repairing is the only option available.
Repair Timeframe
Warranty claims typically take 2 to 4 weeks to process and return the item to you, depending on the product.

Additional Services
- Extended Warranty: Not available at this time. However, customers can contact us for support during the lifetime of the product, and we will try to help as best as we can.

Maintenance Services:
- Resizing is possible for most products (shipping cost borne by the customer).
- One free cleaning session is available (shipping cost borne by the customer).

Customer Responsibility
Please follow the specific care guide provided for each material type. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from unreasonable user error.

Policy Updates
Our warranty policies may be updated. However, any changes will not affect customers who purchased products prior to the update. The warranty terms at the time of purchase will apply.
