Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (Unless it is a warranty claim for which the shipping costs will be covered by us).

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges. To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify the item you want in exchange.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@ophion.me to initiate a return.
  2. Obtain Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number from our customer service team.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item and include the return authorization number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ophion.me. or on Whatsapp at +971586544621 We will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
